Is Religion a Boundary?

As yall already know, religion, a human made system as a mediator to God, has been affecting daily human life from relations to prosperity. But here's what it means to me.

My beloved country, Indonesia, has became a country that had the most human diversity compared to the world. From religion, cultures, languages, etc. I can never disagree to people that after looking at the variety, it considered as a beautiful thing. It relates to harmony. However, if we look deeper into it, almost every person see it at the first glance in negative way.
Because of it, woman can not be the top leader. Not everyone can be a president. We can't always say greeting to each other in big days or holidays such as christmas or ramadhan. Bar, pubs and restaurants aren't allowed in certain areas. Not everyone can pray in peace or even build a house of worship. We can't always hand shake or hug. And many more. Those seems like a lot of boundaries that leaves our life seems difficult to run day by day.
The worst thing and one point of view that i really hate, more than anything in this world, is that each religion has different God. Some religion claims other's God is false or fake or man-made or not even exist, some even claims other's God is not the same with theirs. There are so many countless conspiracy that creates hate and grudge. Even worse, it can leads to death.
I already talked to a lot of friends, and people including my mom (bcs she's super religious), read a lot of articles and news, that one religious can be so much misunderstood by other people because not every person who follows the religion really understand their own doctrine and understand it in a wrong direction that ends with wrong action. Or they don't even read the whole gospel because religion is so much mysterious and it was invented so many decades ago when people back then doesn't really have proper database like these days, then it was carried hand by hand, written and translated paper by paper. Many lost, many found. It is not easy to understand God's way to advice human from centuries ago compared to a completely different technology and way of life these days. Back then there is no such words as "broken home", "mental health", "psychology", "relationship", etc..
Even though i only learned all religion at once on High School, it was very overwhelming. The teacher said it was only the basic, but the bullet list was already so hard to take on. I wasn't even really understand about my own religion then, how can i even understand about others?? After all, i remember a small glance of each religion, and it carried on until the years go by and now. A fine basic line, that each religion can relate, that it is created to prevent human from bad things in life and harm themselves. Each of it values how God wants to take a good care of His own creation.
And again, i only learned once and haven't read the proper source yet, but i guess different religion is a result of language, region, and culture adaptation from many years ago. For example, a religion forbid dogs and pigs, because back then the "follower" were mostly breeder and farmer and both species caused them huge cost of wealth and humanity. My other guess, a religion really values God from nature and animals, because back then it was founded in a place which has geographical support for animal variety and natural phenomenon.
Finally, my main point of view from religion, is at least i want to believe, and it really is the fact, that all religion has the same God. One God.
This statement might make you mad or weird or considered me stupid.
Even my own mom will obviously, and especially many religious leader will disagree to this.
But i don't care.
While the other 99% people in this world trying hard to find the difference between their religion to others, me, as 1% person in this world finding the similarity. I want to trust that we're all the same after all. I believe by looking at the same side, there will be no conflict, and we all can work each other evenly to save the world from hunger, ruined ecosystem and climate change. I carry that belief around with me everyday, so i can be more comfortable to have friends and work with anyone.
Because mostly conflict happens because people believe they are on a different side and different understanding, and they are too busy to find the gap between each other.
I really appreciates the most important man in my country that leads to Independence day. He fighted really hard, from so many disagreement, so we have number 1 ideology that written "Kesatuan Yang Maha Esa" or "one and only unity". And yet, my country still struggles to interpret or implement that ideology since many decades ago until now. It is so much to take on and understand by a lot of people.
I actually hate it when there is an institution, company or even education that putting their profile based on one religion. It is just make people separates from each other, and it forbids them to have more time to understand.
*well ironically i've been in catholic school since playgroup to highschool lol*
Humanity act should be spreaded evenly, everyone should be treated the same, each person can owns the same. Everyone, deserves to be loved.
